Presents
Lucy is a very lucky girl. She has got loads of presents for her birthday. Jonny, Uncky Kev, Aunty Tiss and Aunty Sue look at her haul with barely disguised avarice.

Wow! A train full of books
Can't go far wrong with PlayPeople. (Officially they are now called PlayMobil but we all know they are really PlayPeople. PlayMobil were only called PlayPeople in the UK in the 70s and 80s but since that is when Daddy and Aunty Pink grew up with them - they will be PlayPeople for ever - we will not pander to the croissant eating Euromonkeys)
It's also important to pretend to look at the cards to see who the presents are from before getting back to the good stuff.

Holly's Party
What a lovely day. It is Holly's 3rd birthday party. After running around the adventure playground it is time to sit down for a proper party tea.

Adventure Playground
Lucy is climbing through a see though tunnel at an adventure playground. This is the location of her friend Holly's birthday party.
Lucy loves sliding.
She persuades Daddy to play in the balls with her (not that he needed a lot of persuasion).
A fairytale house for a little pirate.
A rather more bouncy house.
More chins than a Chinese phone book etc.

Lucy's Second 2nd Birthday Party
The next day we have a bigger party for Lucy with loads more friends. It is brilliant to see Tom and Laura who have just had a baby boy. This was little Stan's first Party and he starts as he means to go on by downing a bottle of house white.
Ellen and Laura get a chance to have a natter while Stan has a snooze.
Si and Tom get a chance to catch up.
Dawn pops over from her penguin studies.
Grandma smiles radiantly while Holly and Lucy play in the background.
Si and Marcus keep an eye on their respective nippers.
Holly enjoyed that chocolate cake!
The kids go upstairs to watch Nana Moo and Milly racing at Mario Kart. Nana Moo was surprisingly good.
Milly dishes out stickers to folks she deems deserving.
Grandad, Pink and Milly wear masks and draw faces on plates. Grandad makes a rather pleasing Zebra.
Aunty Pink decides to teach Milly about static electricity. Doody is her experimental subject and his hair duly respects the laws of physics and stands to attention.

Lucy's First 2nd Birthday Party
It's Lucy's first party. Daddies familiy and a few friends are over. Lucy is thrilled to see Grandad.
Annty Tiss entertains Lucy by bouncing on the Swiss Ball.
Si is having a great time.
So are Grandma and Mummy.
Milly looks after Lucy for a bit.
Has Aunty Tiss been on the wine early? Is this the behaviour of a respected Librarian? Yes.
Uncky Kev requests permission to ask Jonny a question.
Aunty Pink regales everyone with an hilarious anecdote.

Party Time
Lucy went to a party today for Rafi, one of her NCT friends who has just turned one. All the other 5 babies were there and it is great that they are happy and well little one year olds. They all enjoyed playing in the bouncy castle with balls in it.
Lucy had a lie down on the play mat while Little Lucy and Oscar play together.
Little Lucy decided to check to see if Lucy has any teeth yet.
Sprock was not impressed.
However, her spirits did improve when all the babies had a go at pass the parcel. Here we see John and Charlotte with Evie, Ben with Little Lucy and Daddy with the Spoink and the parcel.
