The Grand Performance
Mummy and Simon prepare for a spectacular show

Ali is amused that Damon does not have a chair

The start performance. Millie, Olly and Oscar dance to some popular tunes.

Everyone loves it. Except Lucy who ignores it.

Beach Cricket
Oscar is facing the demon bowling of his Dad Damon. He easily sweeps him for a cheap run.

Oscar almost give a catch to Simon and Milly who are doubling up as wicket keeper. Lucy is slightly more interested in building sand castles at first slip.

Oscars time at the crease is running short

But as Milly takes over on bat Oscar manages to blag bowling duties. He bowls a mean yorker.

Beach Fun
Lucy is having a paddle on Hunstanton Beach.

Oscar isn't going to miss out on some decent beach action

Holidays in Norfolk
We are on "holidays" in Norfolk. We are staying in a beautiful house but the furnishing is questionable. Oscar, Lucy and Olly sit on a terrible sofa.

Egg, ham, toast and tomato's for tea.

Olly has seen the light.

Lucy and Oscar look on in awe.

Marcus arranges a great day out
Marcus arranged a great day out for us all at The Lookout in Bracknell. It is pitched as "Berkshire's premier hands-on interactive science and nature exhibition!" - but that ignores the fact that it has a brilliant play ground as well. To kick things off Marcus had laid on an excellent picnic lunch for everyone.

Lucy and Holly the two person springy horse.

Lucy tries the single springy horse. "It's a bit wobbly"

By the time she gets the hang of it's a bit dull.

Much better with a friend. Back onto the two person horse with Oliver.

Wig and Damon
Mummy and Lucy are waiting for their friends Wig, Damon, Oscar and Oliver to arrive and play on the bouncy castle.

Oliver gets a big cuddle from Wig.

Lucy and Oliver work on a fantastic Duplo creation.

Oscar sits on Damon!

Monkey's Tea Party
Lucy, Odj and Oscar feast on a fine meal of fish fingers and chips. The bag of salad on the table was not troubled by the little fellas.

Little Friends
No wonder Lucy is giggling. She has gone down to the park with some of her little friends (l to r) Oscar, Holly (in the rather fine Parker - she could have got a roll in Quadrophenia), Oliver and the Sprockmeister.

Next it was down to the river to throw bread at the ducks. Ellen is helping Holly whilst Wig is helping her two, Oscar and Olly. Frankly Oscar is the only one who is really putting his back into it. While Mummy is taking photos Lucy is relying on Jelly Bear for moral support.

A full day: Oscar, Lisa and the Rasafarian Pig
Lucy wakes up an a great mood and has a little laugh with Herberts Bear.

Then it is over to Cafe Nero for a Double Skinny Decafe Mocka Peppermint Latte with Lisa an Oscar.

Mummy has a go at holding Oscar and the Sprock at the same time. As these babies are growing up they are becoming a bit more of a hand/arm full.

Over at Aunty Pinks th Sporck tries on a rasta hat.

We all agree that it looks better on it's original owner.

Having said that, Lucy's stripy cardigan does look pretty good on Big Pig.

OJ's 1st Birthday Party
This fine sunny weekend we headed up to Lincolnshire to our top mates Wig and Damon. It was their youngest son OJ's birthday. They call him Odje Podge. I bet he won't use that nick name when he grows up. Here is the little man himself looking rather more stern that he ever does in real life. He is such a happy little fellow.

Wig and Damon's oldest Oscar and our goddaughter Milly pose with Mummy and the Sprock. Lucy looks a bit like a cabbage patch kid here.

Mummy decided that Lucy needs to lie down for a rest but Milly and Oscar decide that she doesn't need a rest at all and decide to play with her instead.

Then they decide to "play" with Damon. It isn't really a birthday party if all the kids haven't piled onto a poor innocent adult.

Milly and Oscar decide that collecting snails and trying to stick them to the grown ups is a much funnier game.

Lucy gets a big huggle from her Aunty Wig.
