Holly and Lucy

Holly and Lucy are at Climbers & Creepers in Kew Gardens

Shoulder rides all round.

Daddy and Marcus try to ignore the altercation going on above their heads.

Holly and Marcus take a self portrait.

Holly has learned how to subtly maximise her charms and present a sweet innocent face.

Lucy obviously needs a few more modeling lessons since she seems to be channelling both "cheeky" and "monkey"

Marcus always makes her laugh

Holly is making a great start on colouring in the picture

But Lucy think's it needs a bit more Lellow.

Bockett's Farm with Holly

It's a cold day at Bockett's farm. Marcus, Holly and Lucy are all wrapped up warm as they wait for the pig racing to start.

Lucy and Marcus have a laugh.

The inevitable picture on a tractor

Lucy feeds a Llama

Holly swoops down the medium pipe slide.

Lucy is very brave on goes down the biggest pipe slide. She is laughing like a hyena by the time she gets to the bottom.

Binoculars

Lucy isn't very impressed with these binoculars. Perhaps because it is actually a View Master. And she is holding it upside down.

She looks equally dismissive of the real binoculars. She can't see any birds.

So Marcus turns her into a bird. Flap flap.

Damon and Marcus keep the kids in line

Damon and Marcus are looking after Olly, Lucy and Holly.

They are all having a lazy afternoon.

Holly is very happy.

Holly and Lucy

Marcus is entertaining Lucy at the Idle Hour in Barnes.

Holly and Ellen and Lucy and Mummy are having a great time.

Holly settles in for an afternoon in the pub. More orange juice please barkeep!

Marcus is excellent at entertaining the two little friends.

Marcus

Holly and Lucy demand to be entertained.

Marcus succeeds in entertaining the little ladies.

Marcus needs a break so he persuades the girls to look for fairies down the bottom of the garden.

Suckers!

To the victor the prize.

Marcus arranges a great day out

Marcus arranged a great day out for us all at The Lookout in Bracknell. It is pitched as "Berkshire's premier hands-on interactive science and nature exhibition!" - but that ignores the fact that it has a brilliant play ground as well. To kick things off Marcus had laid on an excellent picnic lunch for everyone.

Lucy and Holly the two person springy horse.

Lucy tries the single springy horse. "It's a bit wobbly"

By the time she gets the hang of it's a bit dull.

Much better with a friend. Back onto the two person horse with Oliver.

New Year with Holly

For New Years Eve Lucy decides to visit her top friend Holly. Marcus just about manages to keep the two little girls in check.

Holly has some great tiger pajamas.

Entertaining Kids

This weekend we are all in Norfolk to celebrate Uncle Damon's 40th Birthday. There will be 11 adults and 5 kids all staying in a converted barn. Marcus picks the short straw and get to run the first creche. Holly, Odj and Lucy are his first customers.

Obviously watching "In the Night Garden" brings all the kids together. Lucy, Holly, Odj, Millie and Oscar all chill.

Later on Mille and Oscar put on a show for all the adults, dancing to songs from Greece and Katy Perry. Lucy, Odj and Holly were not to be left out so joined in.

Holly Day

A trip over to see Mellon and Lucy and Holly are playing with her crazy tree toy.

Marcus is an Arsenal fan and so has dressed Holly in pink baby Arsenal clobber. That is absolutely fine. However, we are not very happy about him drapping a filthy Gooner scarf around Lucy. We had to give her an extra thorough bath that night ;)

Holly

We popped over to see Marcus and Ellen so Lucy could catch up with her little friend Holly. Holly is just on the cusp of being able to walk. That will be trouble!

When Lucy got a bit tired Holly generously lent her push chair. Lucy does look a bit little in it. It's very rare that her big flapping feet look small.

Park life

Two proud Dads taking their babies to the park. Marcus and baby Holly came over to share Lucy's first taste of park life.

First up she has a go on the swings with Mummy.

Marcus and Daddy decide that the babies should have a go on the rocking horse even though it is clearly too big for them.

Lucy has another go but her heart isn't really in it.

Forget the swings, slides and roundabouts. That can wait until they have grown up a bit. For the time being they are happy to do what ladies do best. Sit down and have a good gossip.

And, of course, a good old giggle.
