It's a very sunny day over at Sell Mansions so Lucy has borrowed Uncle Stewby's hat.

It fits surprisingly well

Lucy and the Tuareg Hat

A few years ago Mummy travelled intrepidly to Malawi Mali where she gained inspirations and experiences that only a trip to West Africa and the real Timbuktu could possibly realize. During her astonishing journey she collected this very traditional Tuareg hat

Lucy likes it very much. I don't think she knows where it comes from!

Blue Beret

Lucy looks like some diminutive super model with her swanky blue beret and surreal dinosaur chum.

There is a slight suggestion that the hat might be a trifle too big.

Bag Hat

Lucy has a nice bag that was her Christmas stocking. We thought that she could put her many crayons in it. However, she has decided that it is a hat.

Quite an odd hat.

Tree Hat

Lucy turns herself into a Christmas tree with this special hat.

Penguin Hat

Lucy's fine penguin hat has served her very well on winter walks. She also likes to wear it when she is inside and is only wearing a vest. Taking a hint from her friend Holly she also likes to cover her vest with stickers.

And if there isn't enough room on the vest she will stick them on herself!

Helmet

Safety hats should always be worn when going for a walk in the park with Mummy.

I'm safe.

Floppy Hat

Mummy took Lucy over to the cricket pitch for a walk and to eat some raisins.

Lucy loves raisins.

Egyptian Hat

Last time my sister Sue went to Egypt it was for her Honeymoon. When she returned to Blighty she bought me a T-Shirt sporting the timeless and witty legend "My sister went to Egypt and all she bought me was this T-Shirt". Oh how I laughed. However, she has made significant amends. Aunty Sue, Unkey Kev, Jonny and Aunty Tiss have returned to Egypt (obviously Jonny and Tiss weren't there last time!) and this time they have bought Lucy a nice present. Not pictured is a very cool red T-Shirt with the name Lucy written in ancient pictograms. Very educational. They also bought her this Arabic hat which is very colourful and totally bonkers. Which suits Lucy very well.

If you want to get ahead, get a hat
