Of course when they get closer we can also see that Grandma is holding Wibbly pig.

Burton Agnes Hall
Who is this in the distance? Why it looks like Aunty Sue, Grandma, Lucy and Mummy.

Of course when they get closer we can also see that Grandma is holding Wibbly pig.

Wow! That is a big chess set. Mummy sets Lucy up as a replacement Queen.

Ignoring convention, Lucy speculates on an early knight attack.

Feeling rather more aggressively she starts a pawn attack down the Kings side.

Down a bishop and a rook. Things aren't looking too good.

Lucy wisely decides to make a hasty exit defended by her rook and knight.

On reins at Burton Agnes
Mummy and Lucy go for a walk round the grounds of Burton Agnes

Obviously if you are going to enjoy an exquisite Elizabethan house filled with treasures including art, furniture and porcelain you need to take Igglepiggle.

And maybe a ball for a bit of a kick about

Then maybe a look at the carp in the lake.
