Old Bill

Mummy and Daddy took Lucy for a Sunday morning stroll in Richmond Park. As we got out of the car park Mummy spotted a despicable Policeman with a speed camera trying to catch out innocent motorists who are doing their best to keep to the ludicrous 20 mph speed limit. "Pigs", shouted Mummy under her breath. Not quite so funny moments later when we passed the Policeman and Lucy shouted "Pig!". Time for swift exit.

Lucy checks the see if the scuffers are following her.

Apparently Police dogs cannot follow your scent if you walk in water.

Puddles

I think it is pretty well established now that if Lucy is going to go out on a winters day then the penguin hat is compulsory.

Stomp, stomp, stomp, stomp, splish, splash, splosh.

And now for a bit of hand jive.

Yeah! It's stopped raining. Bye bye penguin hat and puffa jacket. Stomp stomp. (Notice how wet those trousers are!)

Splash Splash Splash

Lucy has got a new rain coat. In line with many of her recent aquisitions it is from In the Night Garden. It has a picture of Igglepiggle and Makka Pakka on it. So we call it her Makka Parker. Ho ho ho.

Hmmm. There don't appear many puddles left at home. Perhaps a trip to the park.

Yay! Now that is what I call a puddle.

Lucy had so much fun spashing in the puddles that she didn't notice until she got home that her welly boots were full of water.

Puddles!

Yay! There has been a lot of rain so Lucy gets to try playing splishy splashy in puddles for the first time.

Of course she also does a bit of Saturday Nigh Fever style dancing.

Nothing better than trying to catch the leaves floating in the puddle.

Although it does mean you get wet hands.

Now, where is the next puddle?
